2Week Tech is a series of web conferences geared to K-12 teachers.  Teachers can join 2Week Tech to learn simple, effective ways to utilize today's technology tools in their classrooms.

2Week Tech utilizes Adobe Connect to facilitate a collaborative web environment that teachers can access from their own desks.  Before participating in a 2Week Tech session, it's recommended that you update your browser's Flash plugin.  Download Flash.

Fall 2009 Schedule

September 22: Use YouTube

YouTube is blocked, but you can still find ways to get to the good stuff. We'll also take a look at other video sharing sites and how to upload your own videos.

October 7: Take on Twitter

Time waster or connection to colleagues?  We’ll explore Twitter and how you can use it for the right reasons.

October 20: Mmmm...This is Delicious

You simply must use Delicious to help organize and share your internet resources.

November 4: Remember Everything with Evernote

Evernote is like a huge, online box for your 3x5 cards, except that instead of cards you’re saving files, web pages, pictures, documents; anything you need for a lesson or project!

November 17: Google Docs Forms

It’s easy to create online forms to gather information from parents, quickly assess students, or collect data for projects.

December 2: Technology Junk Drawer

The technology junk drawer contains all the great stuff you don’t know where else to put, awesome free applications and web sites that can be used across the curriculum.
